Aaron Macaluso is an experienced professional in the culinary and nutrition sectors, currently serving as the Director at TRIO Community Meals since July 2022. Prior roles include Director of Nutrition at Nexion Health from May 2021 to January 2023, Sales Representative at Buckhead Beef Company from July 2019 to March 2021, Executive Chef at Aramark from December 2014 to April 2018, and District Chef at SFE from May 2013 to December 2016. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of North Texas and completed Culinary Arts/Chef Training at Dallas College.
