Tim Barrett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and management roles. Currently serving as the Senior Manager Customer Service at the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure, Tim has also held the position of Director Customer Experience and Land Data (acting) and Customer Relationship Manager within the same organization. Previous experience includes roles at TAFE NSW as an Education Support Officer specializing in Leadership and Management, and multiple positions at the NSW Police Force, where Tim progressed from Customer Service Representative to Team Leader and Initial Training Team Leader. Additionally, Tim began a Diploma of Leadership and Management at J2S Training Solutions in December 2021, building on an Advanced Diploma of Management (Human Resources) obtained from TAFE NSW between 2016 and 2017.
