Deepak Gupta, PhD, MBA, is a seasoned professional in the field of plasma physics and engineering with extensive experience in both research and management. Currently serving as the Director of Program & Campaign Coordination and Group Lead for Spectroscopy & Imaging at TAE Technologies, Inc., since October 2008, Deepak has led a team of scientists in advanced data analytics and diagnostics for a major clean fusion energy project. Additionally, Deepak has experience in strategy and business development, collaborating with executive leadership on market research and product development. Previous roles include Senior Research Scientist at Lam Research, where Deepak contributed to post-lithography systems, and various research positions at esteemed institutions such as the University of Wisconsin–Madison, the University of Maryland, and CPAT in France. Deepak holds an Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a PhD in Plasma Physics, and both an MS and BS in Physics from Delhi University.
