Boaz Osnis is an experienced professional specializing in development, DevOps, and automation management, currently self-employed since April 2013. As Director of QA at Tadiran Telecom since 2017, Boaz oversees QA, automation, and integration for products in China and Israel, implementing DevOps and Agile processes across multiple hardware and software offerings. Previous roles include VP of Global Customer Support at Tadiran Telecom, where Boaz managed support services and professional training, and Director of QA at both Tadiran Telecom and CosmoCom, establishing QA methodologies and leading teams across multiple locations. With a background in QA team leadership and automation software development dating back to 1999, Boaz holds a B.Sc. in Statistics and Operations Research from Tel Aviv University.
