Katy Knowles possesses extensive experience in educational theatre, having held various roles at TADA! Youth Theater since January 2016, including Director of Education, Teaching Artist, Senior Education Manager, and Education Programs Manager. Prior to this, Katy served as a Theater Teacher at Mary McDowell Friends School for a brief period and spent several years at Acting Up Performing Arts Camp as Assistant Camp Director. Additional roles include Theatre Manager at the Davis Center for the Performing Arts, Theatre and Dance Teacher at Manatee High School, and Teaching Artist positions at Greensboro Performing Arts and Lakewood Ranch High School. Katy began their career as a Stage Management Intern at Asolo Repertory Theatre. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Educational Theatre from New York University, a Bachelor of Arts in Acting from Greensboro College, and an Associate of Science in Musical Theater from Florida School of the Arts.
