Janelle Strop currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tactile Medical, where responsibilities include leading the overall human resources strategy, talent acquisition, and employee development, among other key HR functions. Prior to this role, Janelle was the Vice President of Human Capital at Optum, overseeing a significant portfolio and managing a team of 150 across various health businesses. Janelle also held the Vice President and Senior Human Capital Director positions at UnitedHealthcare, focusing on leadership development and organizational design for large employee groups. Janelle's earlier experience includes roles at Target, Express Scripts, and UnitedHealth Group. Janelle earned an MBA in Health Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Business Administration from Winona State University.
