Joel Brumlik has extensive experience in the security and law enforcement sectors, currently serving as Licensee in Charge at TACTICAL SECURITY LLC since July 2007. Prior to this, Joel Brumlik was the Chief of Police at Winthrop Harbor Police Department from April 1997 to April 2021. Additional roles include Director of Security Specialists at United Service Companies, where Joel Brumlik specialized in hotel security for major hospitality clients until October 2017, and Principal at Signal 88 Security San Diego from April 2011 to October 2016. Joel Brumlik also holds leadership positions as President of Air One Emergency Response Coalition, Inc. and Regional Representative for FBI LEEDA. Academic credentials include attendance at the University of Illinois Champaign/Urbana from 1973 to 1976.
