Peyton McNutt is a Principal and General Counsel. Prior to joining Taconic, Ms. McNutt was a vice president and counsel at D.E. Shaw. Previously, she spent four years as an associate at Sidley Austin LLP. Ms. McNutt earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas in 1998 and a J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 2002.
