Nicole Stephens, CFRE, is a seasoned development professional currently serving as the Director of Development at Tacoma Art Museum since November 2023, focusing on securing diverse funding through strategic priorities. Previously, Nicole held the position of Director of Advancement at Transforming Age, enhancing mid-level donor relationships, and as Director of Philanthropy at Degrees of Change, where a significant increase in sponsorships was achieved. Nicole's experience also includes serving as Development Director at Boy Scouts of America, Pacific Harbors Council, where fundraising events saw a revenue increase of 153%, and earlier roles in district operations within Boy Scouts that emphasized volunteer engagement. Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics with an International Concentration from the University of Washington.
