Thad Shearin, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant General Manager at Taco Mama since January 2023. With extensive experience in the restaurant industry, Thad held the position of General Manager at TGI Fridays from October 2019 to January 2023, and at O'Charley's from December 2018 to September 2019, as well as Ruby Tuesday from May 2014 to October 2018. Thad also worked as a Culinary Manager at Romano's Macaroni Grill and spent several years in assistant managerial roles at TGI Fridays and Johnny Carino's. Thad's early career included a position as Kitchen Manager at Champps. Thad earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Analytics from East Carolina University and holds a BSBA in Business Administration and Law from Western Carolina University.
