Todd Darby is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in management across various restaurant groups. Currently serving as General Manager at Taco Mac Restaurant Group since July 2020, Todd has previously held similar roles at Glover Park Brewery, Hooters of America, and Tappan Street Restaurant Group. Other positions include Sales Associate at Prime Wine & Spirits and Assistant General Manager at Jocks and Jills. As the Owner/Partner of United Link LLC, Todd also gained valuable entrepreneurial experience. Earlier career beginnings include a role as Food Service Supervisor at Six Flags Over Georgia. Todd Darby graduated from Pebblebrook High School in 1995.
