Mahesh C. has a solid work experience in the field of recruitment and account management. Mahesh started their career as a Technical Recruiter at WinWire Technologies in 2012, where they provided staffing services to IT clients in the US. In 2015, they moved to Halcyon Solutions as a Senior Technical Recruiter, responsible for various recruitment activities. Mahesh then joined Libsys, Inc. in 2018 as a Senior Lead, leveraging internet technologies to deliver end-to-end IT solutions. Most recently, Mahesh worked at Tachyon Technologies, starting in 2019 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter and eventually becoming the Lead Account Manager. Their experience includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, HR norms, and client management.
