Jacky Tache has worked in various positions throughout their career. Jacky started as a Management Consultant at Beddows & Company in 1991. In 1994, they joined Taché Diamonds, where they worked as a Production Manager until 2003. Jacky then moved on to become the Business Development Manager until 2009, and eventually became the CEO of Taché Diamonds. In 2011, they became a Founding Partner at TPY Capital, a private-equity investment company.

Jacky Tache completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 1986 to 1991.
