Raymund “RJ” Deslate is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction and project engineering. Currently serving as Project Manager at TABER Company, RJ oversees the implementation and success of construction millwork projects while liaising between clients and company personnel. Prior roles include Project Engineer at ISEC, Inc. and STOLO CABINETS, INC., where RJ managed high-profile projects and coordinated submittals and approvals. Additionally, RJ gained valuable experience as a Construction Support Specialist at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. and in inventory control at The Walt Disney Company. Educational qualifications include degrees in Construction Technology and Construction Management from the University of Phoenix and Orange Coast College, along with a history in Health Science Education and General Education.
