Harsh Pandey is a Module Lead at Taazaa Inc since June 2023, previously serving as a Technical Lead at Xotiv Technologies from July 2020 to May 2023, where Harsh managed a team of six, providing mentorship and guidance on writing clean, optimized code. Prior experience includes software engineering roles at Southside Medical Services LLP from November 2018 to July 2020 and CloudShope Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from June 2018 to October 2018. Harsh began a career in technology after earning a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT) in June 2018, contributing to the Sitenna project while collaborating with the CTO to develop a production-ready application.
