Charles Sanford has held various roles in different companies over the years. Charles started their career as a Plant Engineering Intern at UPS in 2006 and then worked as a QA Engineering Co-Op at NAPD in 2007. Charles then moved on to Stryker Orthopaedics in 2008 as a Co-Op Knee Concept Development Intern. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at D&SCI in roles such as Assistant Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and Director of Business and Engineering. In 2014, they joined QED Systems, LLC as an Operations Deputy before becoming the Chief Operating Officer at T2S Solutions in 2016.

Charles Sanford completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2009. Charles then pursued a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at The Johns Hopkins University from 2014 to 2017.
