James Weeden

Senior Manager, International Service and Support at T2 Biosystems

James Weeden has over 18 years of work experience in the field of technical support and service. James currently serves as a Senior Manager, International Service and Support at T2 Biosystems, where they provide technical and logistic support to field service engineers and distributors worldwide.

James started their career at Connexions & Cambridgeshire Youth Service as a System Support Administrator, where they administered a CRM system and provided training and support to users.

Additionally, James worked at Vertex Data Science as a Support Analyst, where they implemented changes and improvements within the business and migrated millions of customers to new CRM systems.
