Zsolt Gergely began their work experience in 1999 at Telekom HU, where they started as a Sales Representative. Zsolt later became Deputy Store Manager and then transitioned into the role of Team Leader of Back Office. From March 2013 to November 2017, they held the position of Team Leader of SME Back Office at the same company. In November 2017, Zsolt joined T-Systems Hungary Ltd. as a Sales Support Team Leader.

Zsolt Gergely earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Szent István Egyetem, which they attended from 1997 to 2001.
