Zsolt Bucsányi began their work experience in 2012 as a Financial Advisor at OVB Vermögensberatung AG, where they worked until September 2013. In 2014, they joined T-Systems Hungary Ltd. as a Business Intelligence Trainee, a role they held until December 2015. From January 2016 onwards, Zsolt Bucsányi worked as a Business Analyst at T-Systems Hungary Ltd.

Zsolt Bucsányi pursued their education at the University of Szeged from 2010 to 2013, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Following this, they furthered their studies at the Corvinus University of Budapest from 2014 to 2016. During this period, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Management and Leadership, specifically in the field of Organization Development and Process Management.
