Zoltan Bilcsik has had two work experiences.

From May 2021 to the present, they worked as a Software Developer at T-Systems Hungary Ltd.

From November 2019 to April 2021, Zoltan worked as an Information Technology Support Specialist at UCC. In this role, they supported Hungarian and foreign Call Center Agents and Supervisors, created multiple call center campaigns in different Call Center softwares, and developed Call Center Scripts using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Javascript.

Zoltan Bilcsik obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Uzhhorod National University between the years 2015 and 2019. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Programtervező informatikus at Debreceni Egyetem from 2019 to 2022.
