Hazi Zsuzsanna has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2019, they worked as a Technical Order Management Associate at T-Systems Hungary Ltd. Prior to that, they served as a Council Administrator at the University of Debrecen (UD) from 2014 to 2019. In 2012, they worked as a Hungarian as a foreign language teacher at Summer School Debrecen, where they taught foreign workers and students. Before that, from 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Dormitory Teacher at Hajdú-Bihar Megyei Általános Iskola és Kollégium. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Hungarian Grammar and Literature Teacher at VARRÓ ISTVÁN SZAKGIMNÁZIUM, SZAKKÖZÉPISKOLA ÉS KOLLÉGIUM. Lastly, from 2007 to 2008, they volunteered as a Hungarian as a foreign language teacher at the Office of Immigration and Nationality, teaching Hungarian to refugees, mainly children.

Hazi Zsuzsanna earned their Master's Degree from the University of Debrecen. Hazi attended the university from 2002 to 2007, studying in the Faculty of Humanities.
