Shane Driggers is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources leader currently serving as the SVP and Chief Talent Officer at T-Mobile since April 2024. Previously, Shane held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at EverCommerce from May 2022 to March 2024, and served in various roles at ServiceNow, including Senior Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition. Prior to ServiceNow, Shane was Vice President of Global Talent at Rockwell Automation, where efforts focused on connecting innovators with opportunities. Additional experience includes senior roles at Oracle, where Shane led North America's talent acquisition strategy, and LinkedIn, where significant contributions were made to talent acquisition operations in Asia Pacific. Shane began a career in recruiting with PeopleSoft, forming a strong foundation in technical recruitment. Educational background includes studies at Regis University from 2012 to 2015.
