Ronnie Penn is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in technical support, network operations, and project management. Currently serving as Principal Engineer of Technical Support at T-Mobile, Ronnie previously held the position of Director of Technical Support at Fastwyre Broadband and has a substantive background at T-Mobile as Sr. Manager of Network Engineering. Prior roles at Sprint involved managing engineering teams and overseeing new product integrations, where significant process improvements were achieved. An entrepreneurial endeavor included ownership of an insurance agency, complemented by a technical background beginning as a Network Control Specialist.
