At Infosys, responsibilities included leading project proposals, requirement gathering, estimation activities, risk management, and resource planning, ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining stakeholder communication. Manas holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Sir MVIT, Bangalore, and completed secondary education at Sir Padampat Singhania Education Center, Kanpur.
