Greg Hutmacher is an accomplished leader in learning and development with extensive experience in driving training programs across various industries. Currently, as the Director of Learning & Development at T-Mobile since October 2015, Hutmacher oversees a team that focuses on sales enablement training, leadership development, and operational readiness across multiple distribution channels. Prior to T-Mobile, Hutmacher served as Director of Learning and Development at Samsung Electronics America, where the strategy and execution of retail sales training was prioritized. Earlier in the career, Hutmacher held roles at Blue Yonder, including Director of JDA University and Director of Global Education Services, providing global training and change management initiatives. Hutmacher holds a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas.
