Denzel A. is a Radio Frequency Engineer at T-Mobile since January 2017, specializing in designing and implementing projects that optimize technical resource allocation and improve efficiency. Denzel has collaborated with cross-functional teams to integrate new software for cell site operations, enhancing network performance. Previous experiences include serving as an Associate RF Engineer, where load management algorithms were designed, and future buildout plans for high-density areas were constructed. Additionally, Denzel interned as a Control Systems and Automation Engineer at ICA Engineering, LLC, and began professional development with a focus on electrical and electronics engineering, holding a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and currently pursuing an MBA at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
