Baewon Seo has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. They started their career at Samsung Electronics in 1998 as an Engineer and continued to work there until 2007. During this time, they served as a Senior Software Developer and Assistant Software Developer, taking on responsibilities such as leading the development of data protocol for CDMA handsets and managing third-party development companies for VoIP security and call connections.

In 2007, Baewon Seo joined Samsung Telecommunication America as a Senior Staff Engineer until 2010. They then transitioned to Novatel Wireless in 2011, where they worked as a Technical Account Manager responsible for managing technical issues in the launch of 3G/4G products in Sprint.

Currently, Baewon Seo is a Principal Engineer at T-Mobile, starting in 2022. Their role includes performing field tests and logging analysis, managing Voice Quality testing, and conducting voice/data block and drop analysis.
