Dinesh Shrimalve is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Business Partner for India, the Middle East, and APAC at T D Williamson India Private Limited since February 2011. Prior to this role, Dinesh held the position of Manager - HR & Compensation Benefits at UCB India Private Limited from June 2006 to January 2011, and worked as the OD Programme Coordinator for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies from January 2003 to June 2006. Dinesh holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Management from The ICFAI University, Dehradun, attained between 2006 and 2008, a Master of Labour Welfare in HR & IR from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat (1991-1993), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University (1994-1995).
