Iuliu Ciupe-Vaida, RDN is a registered dietician and nutritionist specializing in the treatment and remission of chronic diseases. He is a permanent member of the Romanian Society of Lifestyle Medicine Scientific Council and founder of a non-profit organization called Noua Paradigmă Alimentară (The New Food Paradigm). He sees positive results in hundreds of patients every year, helping them halt most chronic diseases by adopting a whole food, plant-based diet. He earned a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from CNS and Cornell.
