Heuscher Roland has extensive experience in the telecommunications and building control industries. Since August 2006, Heuscher Roland has served as the Head of Support at T&N Telekom & Netzwerk AG, focusing on Avaya products and leading customer support efforts. Prior to this role, from July 2001 to July 2006, Heuscher Roland worked as the Leader of Projects at Sauter Building Control, responsible for network and VPN solutions, as well as planning and implementing building control systems. Heuscher Roland holds a Typ R degree from Commercial School Winterthur, completed in 1988.
