Adam McNeil began their work experience as a Mechanical Engineering Student at Delphi from June 2016 to August 2017. Adam then took on the role of an Engineering Co-op at Celanese from October 2017 to December 2018. Adam joined Grid Logic in April 2019 as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op, where they developed electro-mechanical prototype systems and conducted testing procedures until April 2020. After that, they worked at Geofabrica, first as a System Design Engineer from April 2020 to June 2023, where they designed and assembled custom electromechanical manufacturing devices. Later, they became a Group Manager - Custom Systems from November 2022, leading a cross-functional team in developing custom manufacturing devices and handling communication with stakeholders. Adam's most recent role is as a Junior Program Manager at TA Systems - Totally Automated Systems, starting in May 2023.

Adam McNeil attended Kettering University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Currently, they are enrolled at Walsh College, pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
