Joe Zelinsky

Customer Experience Manager at SYSTEMSEVEN

Joe Zelinsky has over 13 years of work experience in customer service, project management, and marketing. Joe began their career in 2007 at Tel West Network Services, where they held four different roles, including Executive Escalations, Customer Experience Analyst, Senior Customer Care Representative, and Customer Care Representative. In 2012, they moved to TelePacific Communications, where they were a Project Manager and Marketing Manager, Market & Pricing Analysis. In 2014, they joined One Source Networks as a Customer Project Manager. Since 2015, they have been with SYSTEMSEVEN, where they have held five different roles, including Customer Experience Manager, Customer Success Manager, Customer Billing Specialist, Project Manager, and Customer Operations.

Joe Zelinsky has been pursuing higher education since 2002. Joe attended Colorado State University Pueblo from 2002 to 2003, then transferred to the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2003. Joe is currently enrolled at Austin Community College.
