Gilda Abdolahzadeh is a Technical Specialist at System Group, the largest enterprise solution provider in Iran, with over 70,000 customers, since September 2011. Responsibilities include resolving database issues (SQL Server), replication, and other technical matters as part of the 3rd level of customer care. Additionally, Gilda serves as a Technical Teacher and is a member of the Technical Education Committee at موسسه پژوهش و آموزش همکاران سیستم, focusing on internal technical education policies. Previous experience includes roles as a Technical Support Expert at System Group, a Network Administrator at Pazh Network from September 2010 to September 2011, and an Apprentice at TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. from June 2008 to September 2009. Gilda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Shahrood University of Technology, completed in 2010.
