Tarek Ismail is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Systech International since September 2005, holding various roles such as Senior Training Manager, Manager of Training Services, and Expert Instructional Trainer. Key responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert for Systech's global training programs, authoring training curricula, and designing training initiatives for both customers and channel partners. Prior to these roles, Tarek contributed as a Product Engineer and Application Engineer, providing technical guidance, conducting training, and supporting the sales team with site surveys and proposals. Earlier career experience includes being a BMS System Engineer at Shaker Consultancy Group, focusing on the design of Building Management Systems. Tarek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Automation Engineering from Ain Shams University.
