Alyssa Cassandra Plantinos is an experienced professional in the IT sector, currently serving as Change Lead at Systal Technology Solutions since April 2017, where previous roles included Change Analyst and Helpdesk Coordinator. Prior to this, Alyssa completed two SQCF-level apprenticeships in IT Systems and Telecommunications at QA Apprenticeships from April 2017 to May 2019. Earlier experience includes working as an English Tutor at RareJob Inc. from December 2015 to February 2017. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of San Agustin and ongoing studies toward a Bachelor of Science in Computing and IT (Networking) at The Open University, which commenced in October 2022.
