Thato Fihlo has accumulated valuable experience in the software testing and consultancy fields since joining SYSPRO Corporate as a Junior Software Tester in December 2016, where responsibilities include testing software performance and quality. Prior to this role, Thato completed an internship at SYSPRO AFRICA, gaining training in Syspro Software, SQL, business processes, and Crystal Report writing. Additional experience includes a procurement internship at SGS South Africa, providing office support and taking meeting minutes, as well as working as an Internal Direct Marketer at Isabella Garcia International. Thato holds a B Tech in Management and a National Diploma in Management from Tshwane University of Technology, complemented by a high school diploma from Ficksburg High School.
