Matthew Kaleta, PE, currently serves as an Associate Partner at Syska Hennessy Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew was the Facilities Engineering Lead for the Americas at Citadel from December 2019 to March 2023 and held the position of Vice President, Projects at JLL from 2014 to December 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Syska Hennessy Group from 2010 to 2014 and as a Project Engineer - Electrical at Larson Engineering in 2010. Matthew began their career as an Electrical Engineer at KJWW Engineering Consultants from 2007 to 2009 and also worked as an Electrical Trainer in Ahmedabad, India, in 2009. Matthew holds a Master of Engineering in Energy Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, along with minors in Entrepreneurship and Math, from the University of Iowa.
