Drew Harrison is an Infrastructure Analyst at Canadian Western Bank since November 2022 and has concurrently served as a Technical Account Executive at SysGen Solutions Group since June 2019. With a strong background in IT management and technical support, Drew's experience includes client development, Tier 3 support, and team training. Prior roles encompassed positions at PC Corp, where responsibilities included implementation and optimization of technical infrastructure, and a lengthy tenure at ATCO I-Tek in various capacities focused on workstation architecture and security services. Drew holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Application and Management of Information Technology from the University of Victoria, leadership and project management certificates from Mount Royal University and Royal Roads University, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Military History from the University of Saskatchewan.
