Sabrina Martin is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Conseillère en ressources humaines at Sysco since December 2023, Sabrina supports and coaches managers in their daily interactions with teams, assists in workforce planning and recruitment cycles, oversees the onboarding of new staff, and manages disciplinary issues. Sabrina also handles payroll confirmation, serves as a resource for benefits and collective insurance, monitors workers' compensation cases, leads grievance and labor relations committees, and advises on collective agreements, policies, and labor laws. Prior experience includes roles at Les Résidences Soleil - Groupe Savoie from December 2020 to January 2024, Cogir Immobilier from November 2017 to November 2021, and Résidence Jardins Intérieurs from March 2017 to May 2019, complemented by education from Pierre Dupuy between 2015 and 2018.
