Henrik Jensen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation, customer success, and operations management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Group Head of Transformation and Alignment at Sysco since October 2024, Henrik previously held multiple roles at Sysco Ireland, including Head of Customer Success and Contact Center Manager. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Arise Europe, Virgin Media Ireland, and Dell, where responsibilities encompassed operations management, financial planning, customer satisfaction improvements, and project management. Henrik's foundational expertise in IT services was developed at IKON Systems and is supported by an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from Dublin Business School and a degree in Computing from Munster Technological University.
