Tushar Jadhav is a Junior Software Engineer at SysArc Infomatix Pvt Ltd. since September 2020, contributing to an on-site loan management project for the Central Bank of India, focusing on daily incremental data processing and support for the End-to-End Loan Lifecycle Management System across various modules. Previously, Tushar served as an Application Support Specialist at Ixsight Technologies from June 2019 to September 2020, working with extensive customer data for the CKYC project at the National Stock Exchange of India, which involved data deduplication, quality assurance, and end-user testing. Tushar holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Mumbai (2016-2019), complemented by HSC in Information Technology from Kisan Veer Mahavidyalaya, WAI (2014-2016).
