Karen Ribeiro is a skilled tech recruiter with extensive experience in recruitment and human resource management. Currently serving as a Tech Recruiter at Sys Manager since November 2022, Karen is responsible for recruiting technology positions at various levels, managing job postings, conducting interviews, and overseeing vacancy management in the internal ATS. Previously, Karen held positions at Monte Carlo as both an HR Analyst JR and HR Assistant SR, where responsibilities included structuring recruitment processes for internship programs, aligning job profiles with managers, and managing the recruitment of corporate positions. Karen's diverse experience also includes roles at KRUT Consulting, Grupo Fleury, Walter's Coiffeur, and BRMalls, with a strong foundation in talent acquisition and human resources.
