Peggy Grafe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Syrup Tech since January 2024, Peggy previously held the position of Senior Client Success Manager at Productsup from February 2022 to December 2023. Prior to that, Peggy worked at Plunet - Translation Management System from 2009 to 2021, where roles included Head of Implementation and Implementation Manager, overseeing diverse implementation projects for global clients and enhancing training processes. Earlier in their career, Peggy gained valuable experience as a Junior Business Consultant at CAIDAO and as a Junior Project Manager at the Small Industries Development Organization. Peggy holds a Dipl. in Betriebswirtschaft from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt, earned between 2003 and 2008.
