Kristine Vallila is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and business operations. Currently serving as an Advisor at Syrup Tech and Baton, as well as a Partner and Consultant at Infinite Renewals since 2021, Kristine previously founded and served as CEO of Witness, a venture-backed startup focused on pattern detection among employees. Kristine's significant role as Senior Director of Customer Success at NewStore, Inc. involved securing the company’s first major deals and establishing critical operational processes. Prior to that, Kristine held several positions at Oracle, including Principal Product Strategist for Oracle Commerce in EMEA and APAC, where key contributions included product differentiation and collaboration with high-profile accounts such as Burberry and LVMH. Kristine's career began at Endeca Technologies, leading to its acquisition by Oracle, and includes experience in sales operations and client relations at Demandware and Intershop Communications. Kristine earned an MBA from Babson College and holds a BA in English with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
