Marsha Fanucci has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Director on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chair at Syros Pharmaceuticals since 2015. Fanucci held the position of Chairman of the Board at Cyclerion from 2019 to 2023 and has contributed as Audit Committee Chair on the Board of Directors at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals from 2010 to 2023, as well as at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals and Momenta Pharmaceuticals during their respective tenures. In previous roles, Fanucci served as CFO and in various senior financial and strategic positions at Millennium Pharmaceuticals and Genzyme.
