Qutayba Al Othman is an experienced professional in information management and IT support, currently serving as an Information Management Officer at the Syrian Arab Red Crescent since August 2023. Previously, Qutayba held positions such as Procurement Assistant at the Syrian Society for Social Development NGO and Center Manager at the Social Care Society. A Network Administrator at the Directorate of Education from February 2017 to August 2021, Qutayba was responsible for data entry related to examinations. Other roles include Warehouse Manager at the Syrian Family Planning Association and Branch Manager at Wattar Company. With a Bachelor's degree in Network and System Administration from Aleppo University, Qutayba also worked as a teacher at the Institute of Computer Technology, specializing in network and operating systems from October 2010 to August 2017.
