Sherri Leopard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Partner and General Manager at SYPartners since July 2024, Sherri previously founded Snowleopard Strategy in June 2021, offering valuable insights and strategies during times of significant change. Between September 2014 and June 2021, Sherri acted as Senior Advisor and Entrepreneur in Residence at SY Partners, focusing on innovative client relationships and diversity initiatives, notably in collaboration with BlackRock. Sherri's diverse background also includes founding Snowleopard Strategy in May 2014 and a lengthy tenure at IBM, where Sherri worked as a Consultant to IBM Software from 1985 to 2014. Additionally, Sherri held the position of CEO and Founder at Ogilvy & Mather from 2006 to 2009.
