Sadir Omer is a Network Support Engineer at Syntura since October 2023, specializing in troubleshooting and resolving 2nd line support escalations while serving as an internal escalation point for technical issues. Previously, as a Senior Network Specialist at HCL Sri Lanka, Sadir Omer supported a large healthcare organization by managing over 3000 networking devices and conducting network failover testing. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Engineer in Enterprise Solutions at Sri Lanka Telecom, where design and configuration of multiple networks were key responsibilities, and as a Trainee in Network Solutions, focusing on hardware installation and security enhancement. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Networking from the University of Bedfordshire and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Systems from Monash University Malaysia.
