Jeroen Grondman is an experienced sustainability and circularity project manager currently serving as Projectmanager en Aanjager Duurzaamheid en Circulariteit at Syntraal since October 2022. In this role, Jeroen is involved in multidisciplinary projects focused on sustainable reuse of materials. Additionally, Jeroen holds the position of Procesmanager en Aanjager Duurzaamheid en Circulariteit at DuSpot, a startup that facilitates the sharing of surplus construction materials. Previously, Jeroen worked as Grondstromenadviseur en projectleider at Tauw Nederland, focusing on sustainable reuse of earth and material flows during large-scale soil displacement projects, and as Senior bodemadviseur at Geofoxx, specializing in large-scale soil displacement within integrated area developments. Early career experience includes a role as werkvoorbereider/planner at visschedijk facilitair. Jeroen holds a degree in Milieutechnologie from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and completed havo at Thijcollege.
