Tracy Morris has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Tracy started their career as a Payouts Clerk at Standard Bank in 2004. In the same year, they transitioned to a Call Centre Agent role at TransUnion. In 2005, Tracy joined TransUnion Credit Bureau as a Client Liaison Officer and later took on roles as a Junior Data Analyst and Data Analyst. Tracy then worked at TransUnion as a Business Analyst from 2012 to 2017, gaining expertise in requirements analysis and process design. Finally, Tracy joined Synthesis Software Technologies in 2017 as a Senior Business Analyst, and was promoted to the role of Lead Business Analyst in June 2020.

Tracy Morris holds a BA diploma from the Faculty Training Institute, which was obtained from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they received a Matric certificate from St Catherines Convent between 1996 and 2000. Tracy also has additional certifications, including an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) from the Scrum Alliance obtained in January 2020, and a Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services obtained in October 2018. Tracy also obtained a Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in October 2018.
